In addition to 30 recorded videos, we'll be meeting in-person and/or virtually, to practice 3 various types of Meditation, to introduce you to techniques beyond the ones we practice for our Challenge:
- Meta Meditation/Loving Kindness on 5/27, Noon-12:30pm
- Mindfulness Meditation on 6/3, 7:45-8:15pm
- Japa Meditation - 6/9, 6:15-6:45pm
