Barbara Concannon


Barbara Concannon has been teaching yoga for five years and is a 200 RYT and member of Yoga Alliance.  Barb loves the practice and its life-changing benefits, both on and off the mat. Whether its the energetic flow of vinyasa, the meditative aspects of yin, or the self-aware nurturing benefits of a gentle hatha class, she attempts to impart what she has learned with her students.  Barb also likes to run, having completed several marathons, and understands the benefits of incorporating a yoga practice in a running program to minimize injury and speed the recovery process.
