Reiki with Courtney Fitzpatrick, Reiki Master

The word Reiki comes from the Japanese words "Rei," which means "Universal Spirit," and "Ki," which is our life force energy. Reiki is a Japanese technique for healing, stress reduction and relaxation. It seeks to restore order to the whole person; mind, body, and soul. 


Benefits of Reiki can include relaxation, a sense of ease and feelings of peace, security and well-being. Some things people typically say after a Reiki session are: "I feel very refreshed and seem to be thinking more clearly." "I think I fell asleep." "I can't believe how hot your hands got!" "My headache is gone."  "I feel more relaxed than even after a massage."
