RYT-200
Emily initially discovered yoga her first year of college and enjoyed the fitness aspect of the practice. Over the years she has returned to yoga and experienced its healing capabilities in injury and illness, along with its ability to help cultivate centeredness and calm. In addition, she has found stamina and confidence in her practice to facilitate life as a mom and retail pharmacist.
In May 2023, she completed a longtime goal with her RYT-200 certification. In beginning to teach, she has enjoyed sharing her practice with others so that they too can experience the power of yoga to find a centered flow within their day to day life, regardless of how busy or stressful it may be.
Her true solace comes from getting lost in a flowing vinyasa, but she is working on balancing pace through increasing mindfulness in restorative and yin practices.
