Joslyn Shehab

M.D., RYT-200

Joslyn  joined our teaching staff at Verapose after attending our 200 level teacher training session in 2018. 

She is a retired U of M Family Medicine Physician who raised three amazing children here in Dexter. 

She started participating in yoga to relieve chronic pains from previous sports injuries but found her love for yoga went far beyond the physical. 

Joslyn believes strongly in kindness and compassion messages and she loves to spend time in nature where she feels at peace and whole.

Her hobbies include a love for cats (she has 5), wildflower gardening, and outdoor adventures with her family.
