Shoden is a Japanese word meaning
‘first teachings’.
It is the first level of teachings in the traditional Japanese branch of Reiki called Usui Reiki Ryoho.
We learn traditional Japanese meditation techniques, the history of Reiki and gain a clear understanding of energy work. We will also learn to practice on ourselves and share Reiki with others.

Okuden Reiki Level II is designed for those who have completed Reiki Shoden Level I and who are ready to deepen their experience and knowledge.
We learn how to send Reiki remotely, we learn three different symbols which change the landscape of your connection and experience with Reiki, and we learn how to Reiki situations etc. - for the highest and best to occur.

Intended for those who have already received attunement at the Okuden Reiki II Level of the Usui Reiki Ryoho tradition.
We will dive into these ancient mystery teachings further, learning the final 4th Shinpiden symbol as well as the process of attuning others. This is for students interested in practicing Reiki professionally, as well as helping others learn to practice Reiki and anyone interested in deepening their connection to Reiki energy.
